The administrative assistant has a wide variety of responsibilities.
This person will not only assist the area manager with hisher duties but will also fill in as needed with other office personnel.
Daytoday operation varies as the position supports office administration duties including Reception HR and Legal.
This position will require the employee to be an efficient multitasker and a selfmotivated.
Job Requirements Proficient in answering phones and taking messages Proficiency with MS Outlook Excel And Word Ability to work independently on projects and meet objectives in a timely manner Effectively prioritize tasks and objectives Ability to identify needs of the office and carry out tasks without constant supervision Professional and polite Well spoken and excellent writing skills Key Accountabilities Efficiently answer phones and coordinate with Ruby reception support Greet and document all visitors Receive all packages and mail Enter checks received in the mail in check log Assist in planning and coordinating company events Assist HR department with employee morale and wellness activities Assist with tracking of compliancerelated documentation Assist in developing and maintaining internal processes Coordinate and compile monthly reports related to Legal Safety and HR Review documents for grammar spelling and style Assist with compiling and editing documentation All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager Years of working in an office environment Proficiency if Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel Experience with other Office applications is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
