We are looking for the right person to join our Inside Sales team where we will train you in the field of metal bar grating.
Work with customers through email and over the phone providing guidance and quotes fortheir specific project needs.
Build relationships with customers Profit sharing Bonuses every July December.
Bonus paid to all employees increasing to of salary after fully vested months.

Learn Grating quoting and building customer relationships from the other inside salespeople that are longterm Interstate Gratings employees.
Qualifications Needed Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently using your own initiative.
Able to work under pressure to meet required timelines.
