Job Description Entry level FullTime Inside Sales working with Distribution and Contractor customers to establish relationships and provide excellent customer service while growing sales within these categories.
The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills dedication to maintaining organization standards the ability to work independently and the desire to learn the Lighting Lighting Controls industry.
Once an employee has demonstrated proficiency within this position they will be considered for promotion to sales executive which come with additional incentives and growth opportunities.
Job Duties Contact and build relationships with existing customers Provide updated customer information to management Stay up to date on knowledge of product offering Develop trusting relationships with our key customers to ensure they do not turn to competition Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and a positive relationship Educate customers on the benefits of our products Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Provide quotations and product information to customers Nurture customer relationships through constant communication Utilize the CRM to document all prospect and customer interactions Read provided sales books and take provided sales courses to grow your potential Attend required trade shows and demonstrate professionalism Provide a weekly written report of customer progress to management Job Qualifications Timemanagement ability to prioritize workloads to deliver sales results Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel Word Willingness to make calls and be on the phone minimum hours per day Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail Highly autonomous selfmotivated and ethical Polished and professional in appearance and approach Additional Compensation This position allows for opportunities to earn commission in addition to the hourly pay.
