Summary:
Our Service Drive Greeter is the first face our customers see as they enter our service department.
Welcoming all customers with a smile and asking if they have any questions regarding their visit that day.
Tasks:
Ensuring that guests are greeted as they enter the service department and providing information or direction information to the customer Working with service managers to determine the best means to keep the customer informed Helping customers use our check in tablet to verify appointment and time.
Keep the service drive clean and presentable Offer guests snacks and refreshments Skills:
Interpersonal and communication skills Experience And Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience in customer service, Excellent communication and time management skills.
Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment.
Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Need ability to move around the dealership.
