All bills coming into the company are sent directly to the AP department email.
This job can at times be high volume and applicants should be able to adapt to high stress situations.

Enter bills received from vendors in the AP email (or occasionally by mail) Print checks and make on-time payments on a biweekly basis Answer inquiries from vendors through email and by telephone Complete frequent vendor account reconciliations File paper records, such as bills and statements Maintain good vendor relationships Competencies Experience in NetSuite, Excel, and other computer programs 10 Key Good interpersonal skills are necessary Must pay close attention to detail Work environment More than 90% of the time, the Employee will be seated and working on the computer in an office environment.
Required education and experience Beginner Excel proficiency Experience with accounting software Understanding of the AP process:
matching bills to Pos, processing payments, cutting checks, etc.
High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred education and experience Past experience in AP Higher education or certification preferred Familiarity with NetSuite Additional eligibility requirements Authorized to work in the US.
