First contact with customer for service department. Writes up work orders and distributes work among technicians. Process warranty claims and maintain great relations with customer and vendors. Responsible for selling work needed to customers, and maintaining the high standards of Low Book Sales.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with some sales back ground to join our Low Book team! Must be able to work Saturdays, and a Automotive Knowledge is not required but helps. Also someone with the upmost customer service skills. We want our customers to feel right at home. This is a great opportunity for someone to make a career!
