Job Description
Chateau Cabinets is currently looking for intelligent, passionate and team-oriented individual to join our team. This person is highly-organized and pro-active professional with a strong ability to problem solve and deliver outstanding customer service. Must be self motivated to colplete multiple tasks quickly and efficiently with excellent communication skils (written and verbal). The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and Outlook,Quickbooks and strong typing skills. Inaddition,possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the position will include but not limited to:
- Answer and field all incoming calls
- Provide general clerical assistance, including filing, faxing, copying, data entry, word processing, greeting and assisting customers
- Assist Sales, Accounting and Service with various administrative tasks
- Accounting (Basic knowledge of quick books)
- Prepare and Run daily bank deposits
- Business regulations and renewals
- Open, Sort and Distribute daily mail
- Other various tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- You will need to have 1-2 years working in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel, Quick Books
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task
- Ability to think strategically, apply sound judgement, is resourceful, troubleshoot and take initiative.
- Be self motivated and able to work with limited supervision and as a team player
- Strong customer service skills, both in person, email and over the phone.
- Familiarity with the construction industry preferred but not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
