Office Manager
Job Description
New Star Solar is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the office and assist department managers with various needs. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for assisting others and providing excellent customer service. Solar experience is a huge plus as is an unencumbered schedule.
Responsibilities
Maintain telecommunication system - Answers phones, manages messages and refers inquiries - Maintains office supplies, inventory and errands - Operates office equipment - Coordinates meetings - Manages multiple calendars - Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations - Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories - Provides general information and instructions - Enters information to databases - Greets vendors and customers
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - High attention to details - Ability to multi-task - Self-motivated and proactive - Maintains professional appearance - Excellent listening and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets - Strong ability to solve problems.
