We have a full-time opening for a Food Truck Manager.

The Sauer German is in search of a smart, enthusiastic, passionate people, excited to take on responsibility. We are growing daily and looking for team players with good communications skills, and a love and aptitude for fast-paced work to help us continue our growth!
We are having one truck operating on the streets of Salt Lake and Utah County and beyond. Our food truck is just a couple month old and is growing fast.
Our food truck and brand is sought out for our quality, consistency, and friendly, attentive service. We are looking for like-minded food lovers who are reliable and responsible. Restaurant/food service/food truck experience a big plus, but not required.
If you work hard, have a passion for food, an eye for detail, and a drive for excellence, The Sauer German wants to talk to you!
Responsibilities
- Driving the food truck
- working the food truck
- overseeing training and operation
- overseeing cleanliness of the truck and the attached commissary
- hiring and firing of food truck employees
ServeSafe certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is a must.
Qualifications
Driving
Valid Driver s License
Minimum Age
25
years old
Additional
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Wage:
commensurate with experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
