Part Time Office Assistant/Sales Team Member

Job Description
This opening is for a skilled office assistant who is also willing to be trained in jewelry sales. It is currently for part time, with potential for full time.
Responsibilities
Duties will include basic office tasks such as computer work, answering phones and communicating with customers and vendors. It will also require managing incoming and outgoing work orders, assisting in managing store product and helping keep the store presentable while maintaining our engaging atmosphere. The selected candidate will also be trained in the products and services that we offer to confidently sell them as opportunities arise. Our store is busy so this candidate must feel confident in office tasks as well as sales and comfortably switch between the two throughout the day as training progresses.
Qualifications
Top notch customer service is a must.
Must also excel in their phone, written and verbal communication skills.
Previous store manager/owner experience preferred but not required.
Punctuality and integrity is a must.
Must be computer and phone savvy.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
