Job Description
We are looking for a creative professional that enjoys working in an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and goal-oriented. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. You will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Our office is made up of good people that are helpful, dependable and demonstrate high moral character. It is important that the applicant fit in with the rest of our team and is able to work comfortably with a group. We are looking for someone that lives close to the Lindon City area.
Hours are Monday Friday 9 to 5 (with some flexibility)
Compensation:
12.00-15.00 $ per hour
Responsibilities
Composing and preparing correspondence; handling administrative paperwork, manages administrative phone calls, emails and mail
Prioritizes administrative and customer inquiries, while troubleshooting conflicts or situations with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
follows-through on projects and able to meet deadlines.
Manages a variety of special projects
Qualifications
Self-starter
Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Has great communication skills while working with vendors, customers, and coworkers
Proactive with problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
Strong organizational skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
