Sanitation Technician

Job Description
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production line/area between production runs.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
At the end of each production run, tear down and clean equipment in accordance with BBF SOPs
At the end of each production run, clean and maintain the interior processing rooms, not limited to floors, ceilings and ancillary pipes, wires and cables
Carry out routine preventative maintenance duties in accordance with SOP on equipment
Once cleaning is completed, set up machines for next production run, ensuring a seamless start to the production shift
In accordance with cleaning schedule clean interior areas of plant, including floors, racking, dock areas etc.
In accordance with cleaning schedule inspect outside areas for cleanliness, insect infestation etc. and carry out routine cleaning services.
Ensure wash stations remain operational at all times
Periodically in accordance with sanitation schedule assist with warehouse racking sanitation in AF warehouse
Ensure sanitation room remains clean and orderly at all times
Assist with incoming deliveries as time permits
Assist with staging and heating of product in preparation of the lines for production runs
Must be willing to work in any area of the plant (inside and outside) and in and around the assembly lines to assist in change overs as needed
Must be willing to occasionally work on a swing shift if sanitation cannot be scheduled on a day shift.
Must also be available to assist in production (occasionally) if workload allows
Must follow all BBF SOPs and work instructions including GMP, Lock Out Tag Out etc.
Qualifications
Will be walking/standing the majority of a 10 hour shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to odors, fumes, dust, allergens or airborne particles.
Additional Information
Schedule: 4-10 hour days. Schedule rotates based on production but will be 4 days per week. Must be willing and available to work off the regular schedule if needed for cleaning. May be required to work overtime and/or weekends. Will be required to have a Food Handler's Permit.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
