Job Description
A foreUP Customer Service Representative provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone, email & chat interaction.
Responsibilities
-Responds and resolves customer inquiries
-Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts
-Responds to customers verbal and/or written requests
-Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
Qualifications
-Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
-Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
