Job Description
ROI Solutions is a rapidly growing company with locations in American Fork and Lindon. Our Lindon location is now hiring for inbound customer service for John Moore. John Moore is a leader in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, pest control, roof repairs and remodeling. Calls will be from customers requesting to schedule one of their services. While scheduling their service call you will discuss other services provided by John Moore and schedule for additional services.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Inbound phone calls to set appointments
Outbound call to confirm customers appointments
Outbound calls to measure customer satisfaction after appointment has occurred
Answering customer emails
Qualifications
Qualifications
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Good typing and grammar skills
Comfortable using multiple software platforms simultaneously
Good work history
Desire to work hard, have fun, and maintains a positive upbeat attitude
Additional Information
We have full time and part time schedulesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
