Receptionist

Job Description
Alexander s Print Advantage is seeking a positive, friendly, high-energy individual to serve our customers. If you enjoy helping others, are organized, professional and driven we would love to talk with you. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and we want that first contact to be and excellent experience for our customers. You will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them with a smile. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. Process customer payments and handle customer pick up s. Coordinate ordering, pick up and delivery for our company lunch program.
Qualifications
Proven working experience in similar roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
