Summary:
The primary focus of the Customer Services Project Specialist will be to identify, analyze, and improve the IT solutions in the customer services organization. This role will work together with the business units in different customer service organizations and IT to improve the tools and systems to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities, scope projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate between organizations.
Meet with business leaders daily to communicate progress and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Documents the different steps of project planning including process maps, requirements, and execution plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to identify and improve different technical processes
Strong process improvement mindset
Exceptional critical thinking and logic skills
Strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio or Lucidcharts)
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
1-2 Years of IT or Project Management experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience working in or around a call centerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
