Customer Moves Specialist (Lindon, UT)
A Moves Specialists responsibilities are to work with customers who are looking to relocate their equipment to another house, family or take over an account that already exists. Requirements for the position is a customer service oriented mind set, ability to work well with others in difficult situations and think critically on how best to help the customer.

Pay:
$10/hr during training
$12/hr after training.
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Assist customers who are looking to move, or who want to transfer their system to another individual.
Understand our home automation/alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns and extend services.
Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Resolve customer concerns by utilizing effective listening and critical thinking skills.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A great customer service oriented attitude.
Self-motivated to set goals and work to achieve expectations.
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
Must be able to attend 2 full weeks of paid training.
Ability to successfully pass background check
Must be at least 18 years old (per industry s requirement)
Must be able to commit to 6 months in the department
