Assistant Scheduling and Administration The primary responsibility of the scheduling and administrative assistant is to communicate with club members ensure all members can easily schedule time on the boats provide exceptional service to club members over the phone and in person to maintain the schedule for our members and fleet and to educate the members on how to easily schedule their time using Inland Boat Club technology.
In addition to running the daily schedule of the club the right candidate will be expected to perform other duties including but not limited to contract maintenance invoice creation and accounts receivable follow up.
This is a fulltime hour per week position.
Boating experience in and around boats is desirable Ability to maintain a calm positive attitude during periods of high activity Highly effective communications skills and friendly customer service is absolutely required Must be a selfstarter and capable of working unsupervised High attention to detail and adherence to safety policies Always operate with an emphasis on member hospitality Maintain a cooperative team attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees Maintain a positive attitude toward the members and the job being performed Company BackgroundFounded in and headquartered in Utah Inland Boat Club is on a mission to deliver a superior boating experience to individuals families friends and companies who love boating and hate the hassle of maintaining a boat.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
