What You'll Do As the Manager over our Consulting Partner Programs at BambooHR, you will have a unique opportunity to build out this function and to grow and develop our existing team. Your contributions will be key in driving revenue and customer retention by owning, growing and optimizing a partner program that brings value to the customer experience. This role provides a unique opportunity to not just maintain, but strategically grow the partner programs for our consulting partners at BambooHR. In this role, you will:
Own the strategic vision, direction, and team strategy for our Consulting Partners; this includes the operating model, the partners we support, and goals we want to achieve as a team. Grow our Partner Programs; this includes increasing revenue and pipeline, growing the number of partners, and optimizing tools and processes to support our partners Manage a Partner Development team that focuses on building go-to-market plans with strategic partners in our Consulting Partner Programs Manage the relationships with some of our key consulting partners. Build alignment with internal stakeholder teams to ensure goals and priorities are in sync and determine opportunities to work cross-functionally to achieve program goals What We'll Love About You You have at least 7-8 years of related experience You are a literal pro at partner management and/or partner programs You are an experienced team leader and have had success in growing and developing teams and people Excel is your happy place and you're well versed in advanced data manipulation and analysis in the program You know your way around Salesforce Written and verbal communication is a strength of yours and you're able to convey complex information in a digestible way What Will Make Us REALLY Love You You have specifically had direct experience in managing partnerships and growing Partner Programs You are naturally able to influence others, whether it's your own team or other stakeholders You're incredibly goal-driven and solution-oriented What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture.
