Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries Provide detailed information about products and services Document customer interactions in the CRM system Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer needs
Qualifications:
Must have prior call center or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office High School Diploma or equivalent
