Operations Manager
We are a national light-rigging contractor and we have an immediate need for an Operations Manager to oversee our Utah operations.
At our client's facility in Lindon, the Operations Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Building our presence in Utah.
Managing client relationships.
Project management.
General coordination of site activities.
Ensuring compliance with client site requirements.
Coordinating and delivering required training programs.
Conducting regular team meetings.
Assisting team members in accomplishing tasks through hands-on activity.
Developing project plans that meet or exceed client's requirements and expectations.
A sales or business development background is required, preferably related business-to-business sales.
An entrepreneurial spirit is required.
Project management experience, including labor management and scheduling, is required. Experience with project management in a high tech construction environment is preferred.
A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required.
The ideal candidate will be have:
A strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Advanced organizational skills
