Scheduler / Office Coordinator

We are a company that produces and installs cultured marble tub/shower surrounds and vanity tops in new homes and remodel projects.
About half the day you will be scheduling installation jobs with contractors and home owners and the other half of the day you will be preparing bids, entering orders on the computer and other miscellaneous tasks.
Duties would include calling contractors or home owners to set up times for installation.
Coordinating with our production shop to get the material made in time for the scheduled installation time.
Preparing bids and entering orders.
Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be organized, detail oriented, be able to keep cool under pressure.
No experience necessary. We will train you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
