Customer Care Rep

Customer Loyalty Rep's responsibility is to help resolve customers' concerns and/or problems with their Vivint Account, while building customer rapport. Customer Loyalty Reps receive additional bonuses based on how well they can bridge gaps been the customers wants and Vivint's requirements.

Call Center Customer Loyalty Rep (Lindon, Utah) Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Assist customers, (1) who are seeking to cancel, (2) who are looking to move, (3) who want to transfer their system to another individual, etc
Understand our Home Automation / Alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns.
Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Stay motivated to reach goals and earn additional bonuses (based on performance) to your paycheck.
Call Center Customer Loyalty Rep (Lindon, Utah) Required Skills and
Experience:
Ability to communicate clearly with Sales Reps and Install Techs.
A customer service oriented attitude.
Demonstrate a basic skill level with the following programs: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
This is an entry level job; however, because of the diverse nature of this job new employees must show a minimum amount of ability to take on the responsibilities required of this job.
Must be able to work a full time schedule. Monday-Friday between the hours of 8AM and 7PM, with a rotating Saturday shift.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
