Technical Support

Tech-Support:
Answer customer calls and emails for technical support of ThermoWorks line of electronic thermometers. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, warranty service and make minor electronic repairs. Will train but any technical background is a plus. Good people skills are important. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, empathy and diplomacy. Will consider PT, 30 hours or FT, 40 hours for the right long-term candidate. Shift starts at 7:00am or 8:00am. Pay commensurate with experience.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and resolve their concerns.
Technical support experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
