Appointment Setter / Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for communicating with new, potential, and current customers. Your job responsibilities will primarily focus on getting new customers through the doors while helping to maintain the current relationships that have already been built. It is a fast paced, high energy, motivated inbound and outbound call center. We are looking for new qualified reps to be part of our growing team. Must be a self-driven excellent communicator with a strong background in sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Work in fast-paced, structured call center environment
Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts. This may be through phone, email, or chat
Responsible for setting appointment with customers for multiple locations
Responsible to maintain levels of call performance and production.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in keyboard and navigating a windows based system
Strong verbal communication skills
Flexibility on both day and evening schedules. Saturday is required
Excellent communication skills
Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
Demonstrated organization, flexibility, and adaptability
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry preferred
Sales background preferred
Spanish speaking is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
