Research Coordinator
ZYTO is a global leader in biocommunciation technology. We are a Utah based company.
We currently have an opening for a Research Coordinator. Responsibilities include:
Assist on a variety of projects by calling for data, responding to telephone requests, and other duties as assigned
Learn methods, procedures and systems to manage research data and carry out tasks of the overall project(s)
Ensure quality and consistency with standards, procedures and protocols
Meet regular deadlines, including those for processing data and researching anomalies
Review and analyze statistics, which involves identifying discrepancies and resolving data issues
Organize and manipulate data files using Excel
Perform data entry as needed
Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Relevant course or project work
Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to identify potential problems and independently trouble-shoot solutions
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to follow through and resolve issues
Ability to multitask and meet rigid deadlines
