Customer Loyalty

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Assist customers who are seeking to cancel, who are looking to move, or who want to transfer their system to another individual, etc
Understand our home automation / alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns and extend services.
Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Resolve customer concerns by utilizing strong listening and critical thinking skills.
Responsible for effectively retaining customers through positive relationship building.
Re-sell the value of products and services to customers by aligning product features with customer needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A customer service oriented attitude.
Ability to critically think.
Be a team player and effectively follow instructions.
Self-motivated to set goals and work to achieve expectations
Must be able to communicate the value of Vivints products and services
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
Must be able to work a full time schedule. Monday-Friday between the hours of 8AM and 7PM, with a rotating Saturday shift.
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Vivints products and services a plus
Customer-centric mindset
Call center experience is preferred but not required
Sales experience preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
