Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
Provide excellent customer service
Follow up to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
Provide technical support including diagnosing, researching, identifying and testing
First call resolution
Enters data from customers into software
Appropriately communicate with customers
Thrives as a team player
Participates in additional training courses
Performs other related duties
Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
Processing Credit card payments
Qualifications
Six months Call Center experience preferred
Six months Customer Service experience required
Must be fluent is French and English
Must be 18 years old
Type 30wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to use desktop computer system
Logical problem solving skills
Proven oral and written communication skills
Must have flexible availability
Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Must have a keen sense of online gaming.
Pass a background Check and Drug testing
Proven experience overcoming difficulties
Ability to understand customer's issues
