Recruiting Manager
Two to Three years in a high volume recruiting environment
Manage all Recruiting functions for call center in a fast paced environment
Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
Manages recruiting contacts and partners in the community
Fills multiple job orders, meeting the needs of all departments.
Develops and maintains relationships with appropriate recruiting resources.
Creates and maintains database of recruiting sources.
Maintains and supplies weekly recruiting statistics.
Actively recruits qualified applicants.
Coordinates interviews between applicants and operations.
Conducts reference checks and background checks.
Assigns employees to appropriate work schedule.
Makes employment offers and successfully negotiates pay rate packages.
Conducts exit interviews
Conducts New Hire Orientation.
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
College degree preferred, equivalent work experience required
Experienced in call management systems or change management systems required
2+-years preferred experience in a high volume recruiting environment
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
Call center management and recruiting experience a plus.
Good critical thinking and creativity skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Negotiation skills and experience
Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, Project, Windows 2000)
Internet savvy
Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance of others
Flexibility in availability, willingness to work long hours to get the job done
