Apiary Fund is a rapidly growing investor training company with a fast-paced, fun, family atmosphere. Our growth requires adding an important new member to the executive team and we are searching for a highly motivated get the job done- Director of Online Marketing. This position will be responsible for developing an online and database marketing plan, driving performance improvement from all online marketing activities, including database, websites, SEM/SEO, display, affiliate, email, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on experience managing large direct response online marketing campaigns, either with a large brand or interactive agency. The candidate will be forward thinking with superior analytical and client support skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. Build and drive the global online marketing strategy for the Apiary Fund.
2. Continually experiment with all marketing channels and the companys website to improve key conversion metrics.
3. Successful management of all online marketing strategies including P & L responsibility.
4. Manage the companys SEO efforts, including establishing and tracking measurement metrics, analyzing results and executing white hat SEO tactics.
5. Promote brand awareness and drive traffic to Apiary Fund websites via social media.
6. Develop the email marketing strategy, including contact strategy (for existing students and prospective students), segmentation, automation, A/B testing, content & creative optimization.
7. Make data-driven decisions and provide detailed analysis of our marketing spend.
8. Closely work with marketing team members on integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
9. Build and manage online marketing programs for international markets.
Skills Required:
1. Bachelors degree; advanced degrees a plus.
2. 5+ years of online marketing experience managing large campaigns.
3. Deep knowledge of SEM and SEO as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies.
4. Strong analytic skills with extensive experience working with web analytics tools
5. Hands on experience building and managing campaigns within PPC bid management tools
6. Working knowledge of graphic design and basic HTML.
Preferred Skills:
1. Web design and development experience.
2. Experience managing online marketing campaigns internationally.
3. Media buying and affiliate program management experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
