_Position Summary_
ADT seeks sales oriented, customer focused representatives to join our Inside Sales team at the National Sales Center in Lindon, Utah. Responsibilities in this entry level sales role include placing outbound calls to a lead mix that includes both prequalified and cold leads; scheduling appointments and passing qualified calls to a sales professional.

At ADT's National Sales Center we believe in setting our Inside Sales Representatives up for success!
We utilize our trainers, training tools and the mentorship with our best associates.
You will be provided everything you need to be the best. This will include 4 weeks of paid training
_Education/Certification:_
High school diploma or GED required.
_
Experience:_
Sales or appointment setting experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Sales orientation
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong telephone skills.
Computer literacy, including 20 wpm typing ability.
Ambition, energy, confidence
Strong work ethic
Desire to succeed
