# Graphic Designer (Lindon)
We are looking for a candidate with rock solid design skills, an eye for composition and thorough knowledge of the usual graphic tools and software. A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Your designs are required for a variety of clients /departments but specifically serving the training department. Your designs skills will be used for training material, e learning content, videos, etc.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Adobe Suite specifically Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign .
Staying on top of current trends and designs.
Positive attitude and proactive work ethic.
Multi-task based on assignment priority.

years of experience with designing and developing comprehensive training for instructor-led, web-based, and virtual training
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must show electronic portfolio. 5 Samples of your work.
Must be able to provide structured feedback for others on the team.
Ability to learn new software on the fly
A great customer service attitude
Ability to envision product scenarios in order to help customers solve problems
High technical aptitude
Expertise with audio and video tools a plus
Required
Experience:
College degree in the arts (but not required).
Photography & lighting experience.
After Effects , Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro is a huge plus.
