TheRegional Sales Manageris responsible for the development, planning, organization, implementation and performance of sales programs and activities within a designated Regional or Division Service Area that meets growth, revenue, and profit objectives. They coordinate and optimize sales coverage within region while actively leading, coaching and managing the Regional Sales Force.
Drive Sales Management
Align with Division Leadership to drive vision and priorities of a $20M to $30M region through three Lines of Business and up to five product lines.
Directly oversees sales strategy, market coverage, customer segment priorities and budget directly impacting sales, units, TPU (Take Per Unit), and direct margin targets for region.
Drives market analysis and understands market landscape/changes to ensure positive results with input from Division Leadership.
Set and support direction for 15-20 sales professionals, establishing priorities, reinforcing policies, allocating resources, and ensuring effective cascading communications.
Optimize Customer Management
Continuously reviews customer and market demands and optimize sales resourcing and coverage.
Cultivates relationships with key accounts within area of responsibility.
Provides input and approves customer bids on an exception basis.
Negotiates contracts with customers and serve as the liaison during contract reviews.
Partners with marketing team to develop customer sales materials and promotions that improve the customer experience.
Lead a High Performing Team
Build an effective and talented team through hiring, coaching, developing, mobility, reward, and engagement.
Directly manages a sales force of 15-20 outside sales consultants with a collective book of business ranging from $20M to $30M.
Supervises the execution of effective communication and Sales meetings within territory.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
