The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities and initiatives for improving service levels across the Customer Services enterprise and managing to completion the associated projects, programs, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Work closely with business leaders throughout the Customer Services team to understand current processes, policies and procedures and seek ways to improve
Lead and manage business and process improvement initiatives and projects, often involving cross-functional teams including business owners, IT, Sales Operations, etc., to ensure they are implemented
Develop analysis support systems needed for timely and actionable information
Focus on identifying and implementing new strategies and initiatives that will improve how Vivint interacts with and provides support to its customers both today and in preparation for rapid growth
Identify and realize every opportunity to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the Customer Services organization
Align programs, projects and initiatives across the organization in order to drive client satisfaction (NPS) and deliver a scalable cost base
Lead research and analysis of various aspects of our business with focus on identifying and addressing areas of opportunity for improvement and/or savings, as well as providing the necessary tools and resources to make the organization more effective and productive
Ensure the Customer Services organization continues to be innovative in order to maintain our agility to evolve in our ever changing environment
Required Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
