Job Description
Check City Online is an online payday lender and an extension of the local Check City stores in Utah, based out of the corporate offices in Lindon. Check City Online services payday loans only, Unlike the store locations which also offer check cashing, installment loans, signature loans, money orders, etc.
The positions available are for full-time Collectors, day or night shift. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8AM-8:
30PM and Saturday 8AM-12PM (occasional Saturday shifts). We are looking for a positive, hard-working and dependable employee. Come enjoy a fun environment while getting rewarded for your hard work!Monthly bonuses for what you collect on top of your wage.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include
- Comply with and understand federal and state regulations pertaining to debt collecting (Training provided)
- Call on delinquent accounts and attempt to get payment
- Follow up on payment commitments
- Provide superior customer service and maintain positive customer relations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
