Just An Overview
In this role on our Client Services team, you will manage our clients SEO Accounts by providing excellent customer service and fulfilling the assigned Product Feature Matrix.

What You ll Be Doing

  • You ll act as point of contact for our SEO clients and Boostability Partners.
  • You ll get the experience of managing SEO Accounts with a monthly budget of $2500 and above!
  • You re in charge of the complete account setup, including the Welcome Call.
  • You ll fulfill on our Product Feature Matrix: Google Places, Basic Onsite Edits, Account Audits, Content Creation, Custom Work, etc.
  • You will represent our company by providing excellent customer experiences.
  • This is an opportunity to manage the fulfillment of our clients SEO packages: Periodic Appointments, On-site Recommendations and Changes, Allocation of Off-site Work, etc.
  • Check in with our clients and partners by providing a monthly reporting call.
  • You will represent our company by providing excellent customer experiences and fantastic customer service through phone and email.
  • Keep up a stellar performance by meeting department and team SLAs.
  • You ll take the initiative and complete assignments from your CSR Team Lead.

A breakdown of your time...

70% Communication - Written or verbal communication with client or partner representative.
10% Data Entry - Interaction with data and putting data into internal system.
20% Analysis - Critical thinking in regards to SEO and strategy.

What You ll Need to Succeed

  • You ve been there, done that! You have a minimum 2+ years, providing exceptional customer service in person or over the phone.
  • You re knowledgeable in the SEO industry! You have 2+ years of SEO experience.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally through phone and email.
  • You re proficient in Google Apps and Tools (IE: Gmail, Drive, etc.)
  • You ve worked with, and have an excellent understanding of, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • You are driven and can take direction from your manager!
  • You want to see our clients succeed and are willing to go above and beyond for our clients and partners at all times!
  • You know how to work with a deadline.
  • Detail oriented is your middle name! You have a high level of quality in your work as you will be responsible for multiple white label partners and their clients.
  • You re at work and on time, on a day to day basis.

Non-Required but Valuable Skills

  • Looking for applicants that are one with the force.
  • We like our top tier fantasy football champions.
  • You must be able to run faster than a speeding bullet and leap tall buildings in a single bound.
  • Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs preferred. Muggles need not apply.
  • BYO light saber.

  • $18 to $29/hour DOE.
  • This full-time position is eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
