Loan Officer Assistant
Job Description
Low VA Rates is looking for a Loan Officer Assistants to assist with daily loan officers tasks. Loan officer assistant needs to be detailed oriented, organized, hard worker, proactive and willing to adapt to different situations.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities for the Loan Officer Assistant will include:
The loan officer assistant position consists of keeping all customers up to date, helping the loan officers manage their current pipelines, keeping everything organized for the loan officer, follow up with borrowers and track down unfinished loan documents. The loan officer assistant also assists the loan officer with data entry and helping move loans into processing. This candidate needs to have great attention to detail.
Qualifications
Low VA Rates is growing extremely fast and provides a very fun work atmosphere. Pay is DOE. This is a full time position Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. Any previous mortgage experience is a bonus, but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
