Customer Loyalty Representative (Lindon, UT)
Retention Representative s responsibilities are to help educate and maintain our current customers by helping resolve concerns and/or problems with their Vivint.SmartHome Account. A customer oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long term customer satisfaction. Critical thinking and problem solving are vital in assessing the needs of VIvint.SmartHome customers and providing the appropriate solution. Retention Representative s receive additional bonuses based on how well they can bridge gaps between the customer s wants and Vivint.SmartHome requirements.

Pay:
$10/hr during training
$10/hr after training
commission and bonuses
Average pay for this position is $15.00/hr including commission and bonuses
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Assist customers who are seeking to cancel, who are looking to move, or who want to transfer their system to another individual.
Understand our home automation/alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns and extend services.
Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Resolve customer concerns by utilizing effective listening and critical thinking skills.
Responsible for effectively retaining customers through positive relationship building.
Re-sell the value of our products and services to customers by aligning product features with our customers needs.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve unique technical problems.
A great customer service oriented attitude.
Ability to critically think.
Self-motivated to set goals and work to achieve expectations.
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
Must be punctual.
Must be able to attend 2 full weeks of paid training.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and/or sales in preferred but not required.
Required
Experience:
Ability to get licensed for the Utah Burglar Alarm Systems
Ability to successfully pass background check
Must be at least 18 years old (per Industry s requirement)
Must be able to commit to 6 months in the department
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Call center experience preferred but not required
6
months of customer service experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
