Scope of Work: ZYTO Compass Account Services plays a critical role in maintaining and providing resources to the growing number of Compass accounts. This team assists new customers in getting up and running while coordinating the maintenance activities of existing customers. As the front line of contact with these customers, this position ensures that excellent relationships are maintained. Members of this team are required to have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills coupled with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service. Candidate must be a self-starter who is constantly looking for better ways to improve processes and overall effectiveness.
Responsibilities
â ¢ Establish and maintain good customer relationships via the phone, online chats, and email
â ¢ Contact each new account to assist them in getting started and answer questions
â ¢ Assist customers in becoming registered in the referral program
â ¢ Update and maintain accurate customer records
â ¢ Answer incoming calls and online chats and distribute them accordingly
â ¢ Assist customers with ownership transfers and transfer related issues
â ¢ Perform tasks associated with document preparation, reporting, business communication writing, presentation development, and production of communications supporting the sales process
â ¢ Coordinate with partners and referral sources to provide them with necessary marketing support
â ¢ Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns
â ¢ Enter and track customer activity and events utilizing company CRM
â ¢ Assist in projects as assigned from time to time
â ¢ Learn and understand the ZYTO technology and evolving processes in order to answer questions for customers
â ¢ This position reports to ZYTO Compass Account Services Team Lead
Qualifications
â ¢ Ability to make and receive a high volume of daily phone calls, online chats, and emails
â ¢ Strong writing and editing skills
â ¢ At least 1 year involvement in account management, customer service, or phone-sales activities
â ¢ Ability to prioritize responsibilities while working efficiently to maintain individual, team, and business goals
â ¢ Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
â ¢ Familiar with CRM systems
â ¢ Be able to complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines
â ¢ Self-starter (take initiative to learn tasks, solve problems, and take on new assignments) and drive for improvement
â ¢ Able to work both independently and on a team
â ¢ Strong computer skills (cloud-based applications, Microsoft Office, database navigation)
â ¢ Detail oriented
â ¢ Timely follow-up and accountability a must
â ¢ Superior phone skills
â ¢ Additional language skills a plus (Spanish, German, Chinese)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
