Customer Service/ Reception
Job Description
The Ready Project is a manufacturer and wholesaler of food storage and emergency preparedness products. We are in need of pro-active and detail oriented customer service rep to join our time. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
Hours are somewhat flexible but would need to be 30-40 hrs/week. between 8am and 5pm.
Hourly rate is $12-15/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answer incoming calls
-Process orders
-Basic data entry
-Help in other areas of the business as needed
Qualifications
-2-4 years Customer Service experience
-High School diploma
-Some college preferred
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Pro-active attitude, willing to wear multiple hats
