Assistant System Administrator
Job Description
Low VA Rates is looking for a long-term employee familiar with system administration and providing technical support for loan tools and programs. Applicants must have the ability to work with technical documentation to support CRMs and reporting tools.
Qualifications
The applicant must also have experience working with the following systems, or in the following technical areas:

Excel
Applicants must have experience performing formulas, and the ability to quickly learn new formulas and methods of reporting.
Ideal applicants will know why INDEX(MATCH) is superior to VLOOKUP, but this is not a requirement.
Data
Applicants should be familiar with web forms, HTTP POSTs, and XML, as well as CASE statements and database queries.
Applicants must possess an expert ability to learn from and apply technical documentation to solve real world problems.
Leads
Applicants must possess the ability to develop lead distribution logic, manage and analyze the cost/benefit of multiple marketing campaigns, and report on their findings.
Troubleshooting
Applicants must be comfortable piecing together limited information in order to solve technical and workflow difficulties on an individual and company-wide scale.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
